Leading On - Developing and maintaining an organisational culture across multiple sites

Leadership in a Digital World

This is the second of a three-part webinar series with Apple, designed to give trust leaders a unique insight into one of the world’s most successful organisations and learn leadership lessons which they can apply to their trust and their context.

The three sessions are designed to:
  • show how learning technologies are enhancing pedagogy and changing the way we work as leaders
  • engage thought leaders on creating high performance organisations
  • establish cutting edge thought leadership and practices which will be disseminated throughout the school system
Part 2 will explore the importance of organisational culture and the challenges of maintaining culture across a multiple site organisation.

This session will explore the importance of culture and the challenges for establishing and maintaining organisational culture, visions and values across a multiple site organisation.

We will consider the importance of organisational nimbleness and how the best companies learn and benefit from failure.

The session will include an exploration of the way in which Apple has developed their world-famous culture and how it is the centre of everything they do.

This session is the second in a three-part series. Find out more about parts 1 and 3.
