The reputation of a school or college has always been important. As more and more people consume their ‘news’ online (approximately 65% of UK adults), a growing trend for immediate news stories, online comment and the ability for people to broadcast their ‘stories’ to their friends and local communities, schools, colleges and trusts increasingly need to consider what their online profile looks like. And, more importantly, what the organisation’s online presence looks like.
