Leading On - Recruiting and developing the best people to work across multiple sites

Leadership in a Digital World

This is the final session in this three-part webinar series with Apple,  designed to give trust leaders a unique insight into one of the world’s most successful organisations and learn leadership lessons which they can apply to their trust and their context.

The three sessions are designed to:
  • show how learning technologies are enhancing pedagogy and changing the way we work as leaders
  • engage thought leaders on creating high performance organisations
  • establish cutting edge thought leadership and practices which will be disseminated throughout the school system
Part 3 will focus on the importance of recruiting the right employees and developing them to reach and exceed their potential.

Using Apple’s experiences of recruitment, this session will focus on how to attract, recruit and develop the best people for your organisation.

We will focus particularly on developing employees consistently across multiple sites and how to develop the attributes and skills you need in the leaders across your organisation.

This session is the final part of a three-part series. Find out more about parts 1 and 2.
