As school business leadership professionals continue to see their role evolve and develop at afast pace and takeon an increasingly diverse range of responsibilities, it is essential that those with responsibility for business, finance and operational leadership have the opportunity to consider their role both in the context of their own professional development and the wider school leadership team.

This session will look in detail at the role of the school business leader and approaches to trust operations as well as considering a range of concepts in relation to professional development, including the Ethical Leadership Framework.

This session provides a foundation for two further webinars focussing on the business function in schools.
