Leading On - Being a Resilient Team

This session will focus on developing a toolkit of resilience, where teams are encouraged to take a systematic, proactive and creative approach, and operate in a culture of mutual support and wellbeing.

In times of uncertainty and crisis, team resilience in the world of education has never been more important. Learning about this will help leaders and their teams to be stronger and reset as we move into the next phase of the “new normal”.

This webinar will look at the components that make up a resilient team, large or small.

The session will attempt to redefine team resilience as being about strengthening future performance rather than coping better.

Can a team describe its purpose and, in challenging times, stick to its values? Do the leaders build capacity and optimise the resources? Is the team culture one of noticing the good and offering mutual support?

This interactive session will explore these questions, together with other aspects of building team resilience.

If you cannot attend live you will receive a copy of the recording, links to any resources discussed, and the opportunity to submit questions.
