Managing Staff: Addressing performance and creating the right culture

Creating the right culture and ethos in an organisation is key to providing the best possible conditions for all staff to flourish. This course will support participants to manage performance positively, and address underperformance effectively, thereby improving teaching, learning and leadership.

Unpacking legal and HR issues relevant to managing underperforming staff will be an important part of the day, along with practical strategies and advice on how to carry out those difficult conversations.
