Performance Management : Getting the process right - AM session

The drive by central government to improve teacher recruitment, retention and reduce workload has contributed to the development of more imaginative and creative responses from an increasing number of education professionals and employers. Many traditional processes have been challenged including, for example, how marking, assessment, data and lesson observations are managed in schools and used to contribute to the performance management process.

This new half-day seminar provides delegates with the opportunity to consider and evaluate their current practice against the backdrop of some of the most forward-thinking processes implemented recently in different schools. Key questions to consider include:
