Yes, with the exception of charity stands, you will have one 500w power socket.

With the exception of charity stands furniture can be ordered for your stand area, please contact exhibitions@ascl.org.uk

Yes, you will be able to find the wifi code for the event in the exhibition source pack supplied when you register at the venue. Please note the venue wifi is suitable for browsing only.

Sorry no, the venue doesn’t offer storage facilities.

Yes, refreshments and lunches are provided to exhibitors.

Deliveries can only be accepted by the venue on Thursday 13 March. Collections must be made by Monday 17 March.

Yes, you will have space for two standard pop-up banners.

We expect set-up to be between 2:30pm and 7pm on Thursday 13 March.

Break-down will be from 2:15pm on Saturday 15 March.

No, due the health and safety regulations the exhibition hall must be signed off on Thursday evening for opening on Friday morning.

Yes, a social media pack will be available for you to promote your attendance at conference.

Two passes for standard spaces, information booths and charity stands. Four for main sponsors and premium stands

Yes, contact exhibitions@ascl.org.uk to order additional passes. Extra passes are chargeable, per person, per day.

On build day (Thursday 13 March) there will be an exhibition resource pack which can be collected from the exhibition information desk situated in the exhibition hall.

Yes, different people can attend on Friday and Saturday, please supply names by the specified deadline.

Yes, let exhibitions@acl.org.uk know the name change and we can arrange this for you. If you’ve missed the cutoff deadline for supplying names, we can arrange for a new badge to be printed on day of the event.

Yes, keynote sessions are held in Hall 1. Exhibitors are welcome to attend, we ask that you give delegates priority.

No, ASCL doesn’t share delegate details. If you’re contacted by a third party offering, you the delegate list for the conference this will be a hoax. Please don’t pay any third party for delegate lists for this event.

No, but we do encourage exhibitors to engage with delegates to collect their information. However, please ensure this is kept securely.

We expect up to 1,100 attendees.

The conference will close at 3:30pm on Saturday 15 March. The programme can be viewed here.

We don’t have discounts for hotels. However please use our partner Reservation Highway to get quotes for hotels.
