We are the national hub for sixth form leaders across the UK and British schools overseas, providing training, resources and support for over 3800 sixth form leaders for over 20 years. We train over 1000 post-16 leaders each year and 11,000 tutors use our Getting the Grades: KS5 tutorial scheme each week. 

New for 2025 is our KS4 video tutorial scheme, Getting the Grades: GCSE featuring students sharing advice to Year 10 and Year 11 cohorts about the mindset and behaviours needed to be successful throughout their KS4 journey from starting their GCSEs to their final exams. Each short tutorial video features two class discussions to keep students engaged and active. Tutors simply click and play and manage the discussions.
