Strategic business leadership professionals are an integral part of the leadership of a school, college or trust, however as a School Business Leader, Finance Director, Head of Operations or other senior leader from a non-teaching and learning background, you do need dedicated support from an association that understands the complexities of your role.
ASCL has three former school business leaders as part of our
Specialist team: Emma Harrison, Julia Harnden, and Louise Hatswell, and we offer dedicated
support to SBLs on strategic financial planning, procurement, due diligence, income generation and much more.
Other professional bodies that your school/college/trust may be a member of do not provide
personal support to you on employment and other concerns.
Membership of ASCL is for you as an individual and you can be assured that we will always act and represent you in your best interest regardless of whether other colleagues within your leadership team are members.
