Michael McAuley, Director of ASCL Northern Ireland, comments on today’s publication of level 3 results in Northern Ireland.
“Firstly, I want to congratulate all students receiving A level, AS level and other level 3 results today - these outcomes are testament to their commitment to their studies over the last two years. They also reflect the hard work and dedication of their teachers and school leaders, often working under increasingly challenging circumstances, and the guidance and support provided to them by their parents and carers.
“For those who may not have received the results they hoped for, our advice is don’t worry. There are many options open to you, and you should speak to your school in the first instance. The Northern Ireland Careers Service will also be happy to discuss the range of options available to you.
“On behalf of ASCL, I extend my best wishes to all young people as they now prepare to embark on the next stage of their journey, whether that is continuing in education or moving into employment.”
