ASCL CEO Network
Trust CEOs are leading increasingly complex organisations through a period of significant change. The ASCL CEO Network creates protected space for CEOs to step away from immediate operational demands, hear from leading thinkers and explore the strategic questions shaping the future of education with peers.
Each meeting combines thought-provoking external perspectives with honest CEO-to-CEO discussion. The emphasis is on strategic sense-making, reflection and shared learning, creating space to explore emerging reform and the realities of leading trusts in a changing education system.
The Network will meet six times during the 2026–27 academic year, with afternoon sessions followed by dinner. Rather than fixing the entire programme in advance, themes and contributors will develop across the year in response to the changing policy landscape and the conversations taking place within the Network.
