The Welsh Government published the final
STPC(W)D for 2020 on
15 October. Also published was the Minister’s statement on the teacher’s pay award for September 2020.
The
pay order for the 2020 teachers’ pay award has now been laid in parliament and will come into effect on 6 November.
Any employers who are reviewing their pay policies should only finalise them on or after this date.
