As leaders, ASCL members are in a unique position to build greater equality, diversity and inclusion in your own employment practices, and to build diverse and inclusive senior leadership teams.

We have developed some specific guidance to help you understand your legal duties and reflect on your recruitment practices, and we are working with other organisations and collating resources to support you to improve and embed inclusive employment practices within your school or college.
