Leading On - A Unified Approach to Driving Racial Inclusion Across MATs

This webinar targets leaders within MATs who are committed to fostering inclusivity across their network of schools and colleges. Building on insights from previous sessions, this discussion will focus on developing and implementing consistent, research-informed strategies that ensure all schools within a MAT are aligned in their approach to racial inclusion.

Yasmina Koné, Deputy Lead of Hemisphere Education, will host a conversation with experts in educational leadership: Michelle Bernard, Director of Inclusion, Equalities and Parental Engagement, and Beth Tanton, SEND Lead from The Compass Partnership of Schools,  to explore the challenges and opportunities of scaling inclusive practices across multiple institutions.

Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of how to create and sustain cohesive, equitable environments for students of diverse backgrounds across their trust.
