Leading On - Being an LGBT+ inclusive leader

This webinar will explore how we can become LGBT+ inclusive leaders. Research demonstrates the additional challenges that LGBT+ people can face in a school or college environment and this session will help leaders think about how they can develop a safe, supportive, and equitable culture for LGBT+ students, staff, and families.

The session will examine research and case studies to understand the challenges that LGBT+ staff and students can face in education, before exploring practical advice, guidance and suggestions about the things we can do as leaders to make our LGBT+ staff and students feel included and valued.
