Ofsted Inspection Changes - What do you need to know?

This webinar will cover the changes that Ofsted has already announced earlier this term, and what this means for schools expecting an inspection, as well as the future changes confirmed by Ofsted and the Government.

Led by ASCL’s inspection specialist, Tom Middlehurst, and Paul Haigh, Headteacher of King Ecgbert School who has recent inspection experience, the webinar will include:

  • changes to Ofsted’s complaints policy – and how to navigate this
  • changes to ungraded inspections with the removal of deep dives and the introduction of areas of focus
  • the removal of the two x RI academy order rule, and what this means for schools
  • changes to the notification period when schools will be told they’re being inspected
  • what to expect as a senior leader before, during and after an inspection
