ASCL New to the Senior Leadership Team Conference 2024

Our popular New to Senior Leadership Team online conference provides an excellent introduction to all areas of senior leadership.

Specifically designed for colleagues who are taking on their first senior leadership position in September or if you have only recently joined your SLT, this conference will give you knowledge and information to help your transition from middle to senior leadership.

Drawing knowledge from ASCL’s network of experienced senior leaders, this conference covers a wide range of topics to develop your skills and confidence as you take this new step on your leadership journey.

Through a series of live keynotes (between 4pm and 5.45pm) and pre-recorded sessions, you’ll be able to access insights, practical tips and strategies from senior colleagues who will share information which you’ll be able to apply and refer to on-demand over the coming months.
