What is the industrial relations climate like in your workplace and what can you do to build or maintain good, effective industrial relations? What are the motivations that drive the behaviour of union representatives and officers and what does this mean for you?

We will explore the difference between negotiation, consultation and sharing information with a view to identifying when and how to engage with union representatives across a range of different circumstances.
