Generations Multi Academy Trust is seeking an outstanding Director of People & Culture to lead and shape the Trust’s people strategy. The successful candidate will be expected to lead on provision of a first-class whole employee life cycle service for over 400 staff; whilst ensuring that this is underpinned by principled, compassionate leadership and adherence to UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
Working closely with Trustees, the CEO, and other senior leaders, the Director of People & Culture will ensure that the Trust’s people strategy and culture reflects its values and support its wider development priorities, which centre on improving outcomes and life chances of children. The role is supported by a small, dedicated HR team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
