Hatfield Heath Primary School is part of The Learning Partnership Trust, a small Multi Academy Trust consisting of three primary schools located within the same geographical area. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an exceptional school leader with a proven track record of providing inspirational, strategic and creative leadership to join us as the next Headteacher of Hatfield Heath Primary School. The school is situated in the village of Hatfield Heath, close to Bishop’s Stortford and Sawbridgeworth, on the Essex and Hertfordshire border. Hatfield Heath is an inclusive and nurturing community where the children are at the heart of everything we do.
Our new Headteacher will:
- Embody and lead our HEATH values: inspiring the community to uphold these values, fostering a shared love of learning.
- Be an experienced, visionary leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and empowering every child to become a successful and confident learner.
- Be committed to working with the other schools in the Trust to improve the life chances and aspirations of all children, supporting our vision of being “one school on multiple sites”.
